24 slices marble rye bread or 12 pretzel rolls
7 ounces honey-Dijon mustard
12 slices Wisconsin gouda cheese
24 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Ham, sliced
4 ounces red or caramelized onions, sliced very thin (optional)
3 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and patted dry
12 slices Wisconsin dill Havarti cheese


Step 1
For each sandwich spread one side of each slice of bread with honey mustard. On half of bread slices place 1 slice Gouda, 2 ounces ham, 2 slices onion, 5 spinach leaves and 1 slice Havarti. Cover with second slice of bread.

Step 2
Grill sandwiches on preheated oiled 325°F flat top grill approximately 2 minutes per side or until bread crisps slightly and cheese begins to melt.
