Ingredients

24 ounces canned cannellini or great northern beans, drained and rinsed
12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Ham, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 1/4 cups cucumber, seeded and coarsely chopped  
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in halves
1 1/2 cups kalamata olives, pitted, cut in half
1 cup Wisconsin aged provolone cheese, cut in 1/4" cubes
1 cup Wisconsin parmesan or asiago cheese, shredded or cut into thin shavings
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, shredded (optional)
1 cup prepared garlic-herb vinaigrette salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except salad dressing. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.

Step 2
Just before serving, toss combined ingredients with salad dressing. Portion onto serving plates.
