12 soft French or Hawaiian rolls
6 ounces yellow mustard
12 slices Wisconsin swiss cheese
12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked
12 slices Wisconsin provolone cheese
12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Ham, sliced
24 slices bread and butter pickles (long sandwich slices)


Step 1
For each sandwich spread each cut side of roll with 1-1/2 teaspoons mustard. Layer 1 slice swiss cheese, 1 ounce bacon, 1 slice provolone cheese, 1 ounce ham and 2 pickle slices.

Step 2
Cover with top of roll. Press sandwich together. Grill sandwiches on preheated oiled 325°F flat top grill approximately 3 minutes per side or until bread is golden and crispy and cheese is melted.
