10 Jones Precooked Golden Brown Sausage Links, cut into 1/4" pieces
16 ounces fresh ground turkey
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cups apricots, dried
1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cups pine nuts, toasted
40 ounces mild whole green chilies, canned, drained
2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
16 eggs
3 cups milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Step 1
Brown sausage and ground turkey in large non-stick skillet on medium heat.

Step 2

Add onions and cook about 5 minutes or until onions are transparent. Stir apricots, raisins, and pine nuts into meat mixture.

Step 3
Arrange whole chilies evenly in bottom of well-sprayed 4-inch deep half hotel pan. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4

Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Pour over mixture in hotel pan.

Step 5
Bake in preheated 350° F standard oven 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before portioning.
